  • To maintain our competitive edge in the domestic wooden structure industry, our design team actively participates in the compilation of industry standards for wooden structure design, fire protection, and related fields, while also promoting the technical advancement and project application of wooden structures in China.

  • Real-time tracking of order progress, equipment status, quality data.

  • Import BIM model data directly into the production system to generate robot processing code and implement “model is product”.

  • 01. Overseas raw material procurement

    Overseas raw material procurement

    The Douglas fir used is native to North America and is transported domestically through local processing of logs into laminar sheets, which takes about 30 days to transport. After the materials arrive at the domestic port, it takes about 10 days to clear customs, and the transportation cycle of materials takes about 40 days in total.

  • 03. Wood structure processing inspection

    Quality acceptance of full process processing inspection

    Testing of main mechanical parameters: glulam strength testing, material drawing and shearing testing, and lamellar bending resistance testing. When new products and new processes are used, targeted product research and development, experimental testing, new project promotion and application, etc. will be carried out. Only after successful demonstration will the new materials and new processes be promoted in a large scale to provide good R&D guarantee services.

  • 04. Quality Control of Construction of Wooden Structures

    Acceptance criteria

    Permissible deviations for the production of timber trusses, timber beams (including purlins) and timber columns shall be in accordance with Table 4.3.1.

Laboratory Introduction

With an equipment investment of nearly RMB 9 million and covering an area of over 600 square meters, our laboratory specializes in the independent research and development of new materials, new processes, energy-saving technologies, and structural components. It conducts comprehensive testing for timber structure construction, including but not limited to:

Basic wood properties

Mechanical properties of structural glued laminated timber (glulam)

Formaldehyde emission levels of materials

Lateral shear resistance of timber walls

Thermal insulation performance of building walls

Formaldehyde content in wood and wood products

Chemical composition analysis of architectural coatings

Accelerated aging tests

The timber structure laboratory has carried out extensive R&D, testing, and experimentation on glued laminated timber (glulam), serving the entire quality control process of our glulam production.
