We utilize strictly graded softwood species to ensure the highest level of structural safety and visual consistency, even after the bending process:
Douglas Fir:
Characteristics: Renowned for its superior strength-to-weight ratio and natural decay resistance. The Tct36 grade is ideal for extra-long spans or heavy-duty structural loads, offering dense grain and excellent fastener-holding power.
Spruce:
Characteristics: Lightweight yet remarkably resilient with a pale, creamy-white color. Its excellent workability makes it stable for tight-radius curves, providing a clean, bright visual finish.
Red Pine:
Characteristics: Features beautiful grain patterns and moderate resin content. It offers good permeability for preservative treatments, making it a preferred choice for curved landscapes requiring high durability and distinct textures.

High Design Freedom: Capable of achieving circular arcs, parabolas, reverse curves, and other complex geometries to meet the demands of large-span spaces and artistic rooflines.
Superior Bending Stiffness: By laminating thin boards, natural wood defects are dispersed, ensuring the overall structural performance of the beam exceeds that of solid-sawn curved timber of the same size.
High Dimensional Stability: Laminations are kiln-dried to a precise moisture content before gluing, which effectively prevents checking, twisting, or “spring-back” after the curve is formed.
