| Base Material | Bamboo fiber (approx. 55-65%) + HDPE/PP polymer + coupling agents |
| Formaldehyde Emission | Typically meets E0 / zero-added-formaldehyde standard (confirm per batch test report) |
| Environmental Certification | FSC chain-of-custody available on request; REACH-compliant formulation |
| Standard Thickness Range | 18mm - 25mm |
| Standard Width Range | 90mm - 150mm |
| Standard Length | 2200mm / 2900mm (custom lengths available) |
| Weight (approx.) | 6.5 - 8.5 kg per linear meter, depending on profile |
| Surface Finish Options | Wood-grain embossed, brushed, co-extruded capped, sanded smooth |
Product Photography
For every profile we provide real factory photos rather than 3D renders, including: a straight-on product shot, a close-up of the surface texture and end-grain cut, an installed application photo, and export packaging photos so you can evaluate carton size and pallet loading before shipping.
Minimum Order Quantity & Pricing Structure
As a factory-direct manufacturer, our pricing is volume-driven, and we are generally able to work with both trial orders and container-load repeat business. MOQ for a first trial order is typically 1 x 20ft container (roughly 500-800 sqm depending on profile), though smaller sample orders can usually be arranged for serious buyers who need physical evaluation before committing.
| Order Volume | Pricing Tier |
| Sample order (a few pieces) | Sample cost + courier fee, often refundable against first bulk order |
| 1 x 20ft container | Standard FOB pricing |
| 1 x 40ft HQ container | Discounted per-unit pricing |
| Multiple containers / annual contract | Negotiated volume pricing + priority production slot |
Quotations are typically given as FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, with CIF and DDP pricing available on request once the destination port and Incoterm are confirmed. Payment terms are commonly 30% deposit by T/T with the balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading, though L/C at sight can be discussed for larger orders.
OEM & Customization Options
Many of our buyers are distributors or project contractors who need the product to match a specific brand, project spec, or regional building code, so customization is built into how we run production rather than treated as an exception.
- Color & surface texture - choose from our standard color card or send a Pantone/RAL reference for color matching
- Profile & dimensions - new extrusion molds can be developed for large-volume custom profiles (mold lead time and MOQ apply)
- Branding - private label packaging, printed cartons, and embossed logos on the board surface are available
- Length cutting - boards can be cut to project-specific lengths to reduce on-site waste
- Packaging - shrink-wrap, carton, or crate packaging depending on shipping method and destination climate
For custom profile development, we usually ask for a technical drawing or a physical sample of the target shape, and we will confirm mold cost, amortization terms, and sample lead time before starting.
Certification & Quality Control
Because these panels are frequently specified into hospitality, residential, and public infrastructure projects, buyers usually ask about both raw material certification and finished-product testing before placing an order.
| Certification / Test | Availability |
| FSC Chain of Custody (raw bamboo source) | Available on request |
| REACH / RoHS compliance | Standard formulation compliant |
| Third-party lab test reports (SGS/BV/Intertek) | Available for slip resistance, density, water absorption |
| Factory quality system | ISO 9001 factory management system |
Internally, our QC process covers three checkpoints: incoming raw material inspection, in-process dimensional and surface checks during extrusion, and a pre-shipment inspection where a sample percentage of each batch is measured for thickness tolerance, straightness, and surface defects. We are also open to a third-party pre-shipment inspection arranged by the buyer if that is part of your standard procurement process.
Production Capacity & Lead Time
Understanding our real production capacity helps buyers plan around seasonal demand, especially for larger residential or hospitality projects with fixed installation dates.
| Item | Detail |
| Monthly capacity | Several extrusion lines running in parallel; typical output in the range of several hundred tons per month |
| Sample lead time | 3-7 working days for existing profiles |
| Standard order lead time | 15-25 days after deposit and color/spec confirmation |
| Custom mold lead time | Additional 20-35 days for new profile tooling |
| Peak season note | Lead times may extend during Q1 (Chinese New Year period) - we recommend confirming orders early if your project has a fixed installation date |
We are happy to share a production schedule update once your order is confirmed, and can arrange video calls or live factory video during production for buyers who want visual confirmation before shipment.
Logistics & After-Sales Support
Getting outdoor building materials safely from our factory to your job site involves more than just booking a container, so we try to be upfront about how shipping and support actually work.
- Shipping ports - orders typically go out via Ningbo or Shanghai port, and we can quote FOB, CIF, or DDP depending on your preference
- Packaging for transit - boards are stacked and shrink-wrapped on pallets, with corner protectors to prevent edge damage during loading and long-distance sea freight
- Documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin are provided as standard; additional documents (fumigation certificate, inspection certificate) can be arranged if required by your customs
- Damage/shortage claims - please document any container damage with photos at unloading; verified production defects are handled through replacement parts or credit on the next order
- Installation guidance - we can share installation manuals and fixing-system recommendations for your installation team
Our export team generally stays available by phone/WhatsApp through the full shipping window, not just up to the point of payment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is bamboo fiber composite as strong as solid wood decking?
A: For most residential and light commercial applications, yes - the composite structure resists cracking and splitting better than solid hardwood, though span/joist spacing should still follow our technical datasheet for heavier loads.
Q: Will the color fade over time outdoors?
A: Some initial color mellowing is normal in the first few months of UV exposure, after which the color typically stabilizes; a UV-stabilized capped surface option is available if strong sun exposure is a concern.
Q: Can this be used near swimming pools or in high-moisture areas?
A: Yes, this is one of the more common applications for this material - buyers working on pool decks or bathroom wall panels often start from this product line.
Q: What is the difference between this and standard wood-plastic composite (WPC)?
A: Bamboo fiber generally offers a denser structure and a more natural grain look than wood-flour-based WPC, at a moderate cost premium; buyers deciding between the two often also compare it against our rice husk composite and high-density PE composite lines.
Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Sample pieces are usually available; freight is normally covered by the buyer for the first sample request, and courier costs are frequently offset against the first confirmed order.
