Product Photography
We provide real installed photos of loft interiors, bars, and retail walls in dark tones, plus close-ups showing matte texture and joint detail. Dark colors change a great deal under different lighting, so we show images in bright and low light, which helps designers judge how the wall will actually look in the finished space.
A note on dark surfaces: dark matte finishes show dust, scratches, and fingerprints more easily than mid-tones. For high-touch areas, such as walls near entrances and bars, we can suggest textures that hide marks better and share simple cleaning guidance.
We can also share a simple layout sketch comparing vertical, horizontal, and staggered panel patterns on the same wall, so that a client can see how direction and joint lines change the character of the space before choosing.
We can also indicate the recommended expansion gap for dark panels used outdoors, since dark colors absorb more heat and move slightly more than lighter tones, and a correct gap keeps the wall flat and joints tight.
Minimum Order Quantity & Pricing Structure
Pricing follows the underlying capped composite profile, with a modest adjustment for wide panels and custom dark colors. MOQ for a first trial order is typically 1 x 20ft container. Retail and hospitality chains can discuss standing pricing for repeat store or venue openings.
| Order Volume | Pricing Tier |
| Sample panels | Sample fee + courier, often credited toward the first order |
| 1 x 20ft container | Standard FOB pricing |
| 1 x 40ft HQ container | Discounted per-sqm pricing |
| Retail and hospitality chain volumes | Negotiated pricing with phased delivery across openings |
Quotations are typically given as FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, with CIF and DDP available once the destination and Incoterm are confirmed. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the B/L copy. Wall cladding is priced by area, so please send your wall dimensions or a design takeoff, and we can prepare a figure that matches what you will actually install.
For chains repeating a wall design in many locations, a fixed specification and standing price can simplify budgeting and procurement for each new site.
We can also quote trim, corner pieces, and clips together with the panels, so that the price shows a complete wall system, and so that hardware and accessories arrive with the main order and not as a late, separate shipment.
Please also tell us whether the price should include clips and trim, and whether you need a separate budget figure for interior and exterior areas, since indoor panels may use different thicknesses and fixings from outdoor panels, and we would rather show the split clearly than give one blended number.
OEM & Customization Options
Industrial designs are usually specified precisely, so customization focuses on the exact dark tone, panel size, and surface texture.
- Color matching - match a dark reference sample, such as a particular graphite or blackened tone, with attention to how it looks under different light
- Panel width and length - wide panels and longer lengths for bold lines with fewer visible joints
- Surface texture - matte smooth, fine brushed, or lightly weathered textures, with options that hide fingerprints better
- Joint and fixing detail - tight hidden-clip joints, or deliberate exposed fasteners in a matching dark color
- Trim and corners - matching corner pieces, base trim, and door or window surrounds in the same dark finish
For chains that use one wall design across many venues, we can keep an approved color and profile on file so each new site orders the same specification. We can also make a small mock-up panel combining our cladding with a piece of brick, concrete, or steel supplied by you, so that the design team can judge the combination in person.
We can also supply offcut samples for the fit-out contractor to test cutting, edge finishing, and fixing before the main installation starts, which reduces the risk of mistakes on a visible wall in a finished commercial space.
For designers who want a distinctive feature, we can also develop a two-tone or striped panel pattern using different dark shades, subject to tooling and a reasonable minimum order, and send a small mock-up so that the effect can be judged in person before the full production run.
Certification & Quality Control
Industrial-style walls often appear in public interiors and commercial buildings, so buyers frequently ask about fire performance and emissions, and about color stability of dark tones outdoors.
| Certification / Test | Availability |
| Fire-retardancy test reports | Available for selected profiles; classification depends on local code |
| Formaldehyde and emission documentation | No added formaldehyde; test documents available per batch |
| UV/weathering reports | Available (SGS/BV/Intertek), relevant for exterior use of dark tones |
| REACH / RoHS compliance | Standard formulation compliant |
| Factory quality system | ISO 9001 factory management system |
Our QC process checks that dark colors are even from board to board, since small shade differences are easy to see on a large dark wall, and we measure width, thickness, and straightness so that joints stay tight and straight. We recommend ordering a whole wall from one production batch.
For exterior use in strong sun, dark colors absorb more heat, so please tell us the climate and exposure. We can advise on suitable tones and expansion allowances, and be open about any limits.
Batch records let us trace any shipped order to its production run, which is useful for chains that need matching panels for later stores, and we can keep an approved reference sample at our factory to check each new batch against.
For buyers in regions with strict rules on interior finishes, please send the exact standard and class your authority uses. We will compare it with the reports we already hold, tell you plainly what is covered and what is not, and if a new test is needed, explain how long it would take, so that the approval schedule is not disrupted late in the project.
Production Capacity & Lead Time
Industrial loft cladding is produced on our capped composite lines, with lead time depending on whether an existing dark tone is chosen or a custom color is developed.
| Item | Detail |
| Monthly capacity | Follows our capped composite line capacity |
| Sample lead time | 5-8 working days for existing colors and profiles |
| Standard order lead time | 20-30 days after deposit and specification confirmation |
| Custom dark color or wide profile lead time | Additional 25-35 days for development or new tooling |
| Rollout note | For multi-site rollouts, production can be planned in batches matched to opening dates |
We provide production progress updates and can send photos of finished panels under different lighting before shipment. Fit-out programs usually have tight, fixed dates, so please give us your target installation date when you request a quotation.
If parts of the design are still changing, tell us which elements are fixed. We can often start production on the confirmed profile and color while other details are finalized.
Because dark colors are sensitive to small differences, we suggest approving a physical sample under the lighting of the actual venue before production is released, and building this review step into the project schedule from the beginning.
Because fit-out programs often run on fixed handover dates, we suggest sharing your installation date when you request a quotation, so that we can work back from it. If a color sample needs approval, please allow time for a physical sample to travel and be reviewed under the venue's own lighting. We will confirm a production date in writing after approval, and we tell you promptly if anything changes.
Logistics & After-Sales Support
Dark matte panels show scuffs easily, so we take particular care with packing, and we label cartons so that fit-out crews can find what they need quickly.
- Shipping ports - orders typically go out via Ningbo or Shanghai port; FOB, CIF, or DDP quoting available
- Surface protection - interleaving between panels, strapped pallets, and corner protectors to keep dark matte faces unmarked
- Documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and relevant test reports provided as standard
- Damage/shortage claims - please photograph any damage at unloading and before installation; verified defects are resolved through replacement stock or credit on the next order
- Installation guidance - instructions for hidden clips or exposed fasteners, expansion gaps, and corner detailing
For multi-site rollouts, we can pack and label each shipment by site and wall, so that installers at each location receive exactly what they need. We keep a small reserve of matching panels from your run for a period after delivery, which helps with repairs.
Our team stays reachable by phone or WhatsApp through shipping and unloading, and can help your installer with clip spacing, expansion gaps, or corner details in the first days on site if questions come up.
Please also tell us about access limits at each site, such as narrow lifts, upper floors without freight elevators, or restricted delivery windows, so that we can suggest bundle sizes that can be handled safely. If a panel arrives damaged, send photos with the carton label before installation, and we will arrange a replacement from the same batch for verified cases, so that color matches the rest of the wall.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is industrial cladding different from rustic or barn wood styles?
A: Industrial styles use darker colors, cleaner lines, and more restrained textures, while rustic and barn styles use warmer tones and heavier grain. The same base products can produce both looks, depending on the color and finish.
Q: Do dark matte panels show marks?
A: Dark matte surfaces can show dust and fingerprints more than mid-tones. We can suggest textures that hide marks better and share simple cleaning advice for high-touch areas.
Q: Can dark panels be used outdoors in strong sun?
A: Yes, but dark colors absorb more heat and expand more, so correct gaps and fixing matter. Tell us your climate and we will advise on tones and installation details.
Q: Can the panels be used on interior walls?
A: Yes, many buyers use the same finish inside and outside. For interiors, we can provide emission and fire documents suited to indoor requirements.
Q: Can you match a specific dark color from our brand palette?
A: Often yes. Send us a reference sample and we will identify the closest match in our range or discuss a custom color, allowing time for approval before production.
Q: Can I use panels on a ceiling as well as walls?
A: Yes, for suitable lengths and thicknesses, with the right fixing system. Please tell us the ceiling height and span, and we can advise on thickness, spacing, and fixing method.
Q: Is a sample available before we order?
A: Yes, we recommend one for dark colors in particular. A physical panel viewed under your venue's real lighting is far more reliable than a screen image.
